　For indicating Eco Mark, it is required to conclude the Eco Mark Utilization Contract with Japan Environment Association (JEA) for the every product that is certified. In this booklet, the basic major procedure is explained, from the time of application of Eco Mark Product Certification Examination, to concluding Eco Mark Utilization Contract. |

(Note) In the case that Eco Mark is used / indicated before concluding the Utilization Contract,â€Emay be set as the object (such as collection of settlement - of - accounts charges and a disclosure in homepage) which corresponds to an unauthorized use of Eco Mark and a legislative action contains criminal penalty. |

　Examination for Certifying Product cannot be performed when there is no corresponding product category.
　In that case, a new product can be proposed in accord with Proposal Outline for Eco Mark Product category defined independently.
